General features:

• Automatic alignment positioners of the BSR model are used to perform circular welding of cylindrical parts, such as tanks, pressure tanks, tower pipes, boilers, deposits, reactors, deposits, fuel barrels, wind power, petrochemical, pipelines, shipbuilding, etc.
• The unique design of the BSR allows the rollers to align instantly to the workpiece without any manual adjustment.
• Sturdy construction in welded steel.
• The cylindrical part remains independent of the central diameter and it is not necessary to adjust the welding head frequently.
• Auto-aligned positioners can easily rotate parts clockwise or anti-clockwise at controlled speeds accurately by means of precise control.
• No additional time or work is needed to start the rotation of the workpiece. Positioners have an important place in steel construction workshops because they help to avoid the use of a crane and thus to increase the speed and efficiency of automatic or manual welding processes.
